International Convention Centre Wales – ICC Wales – the stunning £84 million new event space in Newport, South Wales.
We are pleased to advise Donahey’s 2020 Dancing With The Stars Weekend will be held in the fabulous new International Convention Centre Wales.
Located adjacent to the Caernarfon Center, & easily accessible via the doors from the Caernarfon Center, this stunning event space will host all your weekends dance lessons & Strictly showcases from within it’s new Woodland Ballroom & 2nd Ballroom.
Both our Ballrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with views out into the Usk Valley woodland, which will flood the ballrooms with natural daylight for your daytime workshops.
ICC Wales will bring us modern facilities in a spacious venue located just a couple of minutes’ walk from Celtic Manor Resort Hotel.
The Ballrooms will give us even more space, both on the dance-floor and around the tables, as well as feeling much lighter and airier as the rooms flood with natural daylight.
Getting to ICC Wales from Celtic Manor Resort Hotel
Walking – Just 2mins further than Caernarfon Suite;
Take any of the main lifts from your bedroom or hotel reception down to Caernarfon C1
(You may also take the escalators down from hotel reception)
Take the escalators down two further floors to C3
(A lift is also available down to C3 at the far end of C1)
Exit the building through the doors ahead of you, follow the 2min path down to ICC Wales, taking care to cross the road at the marked crossing.
Coach – 2-12mins
During the evenings, two coaches will provide continuous return shuttle services from the Resort Hotel main entrance;

ICC Wales has extensive underground car parking available – charges apply. Lifts &/or escaltors will take you straight upto the ballrooms from the car park.
